Love the leading lines here, and that grain in the sky works well.

Now what really makes this shot so great is the Exif data. Im truly impressed. I shoot with this same camera and I thought about setting it up using that same configuration once. I was curious if I could get this noisy effect in the shot. But you did it! And Im truly blow away with this! Great work Nick. Truly inspirational!

Absolutely love the grain in this shot. It\'s a great job of framing and a bit different, which I really like. Awesome shot.

Nice! That is the longest fence I\'ve ever seen! Great composition and love how this came out in B&W

this reminds me of stacked dominoes, all aimed at the lighthouse. love to knock the first over and watch the rest fall. so i\'m weird. very interesting compo here.

I like how well you used the picket fence to create an original view. They are like a magnet drawing our view toward the lighthouse. Very well done.

Wonderful perspective/lines with the fence pickets…it looks 10 miles long. Composed nicely!

I like your composition, Nick. Looks like a well thought out capture that was most successful. The greyscale and graininess really work well here and of course you know I love lighthouses and who doesn\'t love a white picket fence?

  19. clarence September 3, 2008 at 8:48 am #

Wow, that fence goes on forever!

Love how the white pickets draw your eye to the white lighthouse in the distant. Really nice!!!
