Beautiful shot…the bokeh is fantastic as well (or is that a mirror?). Either way, nice composition

It almost feels like a reflection rather than depth of field.

Ah! You know how to make me happy? Flowers…and just look at the detail. Fab dof too btw. An excellent shot!

I like how you included the other flower in the background.

Ah, Hueston Woods, the place from my childhood. It\'s where I caught my first fish. It was a blue gill and thankfully we threw it back in. I felt so sorry for it.

Love your happy splash of yellow. Exceptional photo.

Beautifully focused. Love the smooth green backdrop that brings out the brightness in the flower.

I did the new template. I liked this template but can\'t remember why I stopped using it. Anyway, cool new look. Love the yellows in this image and the DoF is masterfully used.

Thought I was on the wrong site. Didn\'t expect this image or your new site design. Love both, especially the composition of the beautiful yellow flower. Like the blurred flower in the background too.

great shot! that solitary petal makes it seem like it\'s bashfully hiding from your shot.. 😀
