Seems like things like this happen everywhere, wich is too bad. They should be pushing for something to go in there! I do agree with the one poster who said to get rid of the car on the left. My eyes saw that right away, too.
Where is this I wonder? Looks like a nice town that just needs some TLC. As for cropping this, I would just clone out the car instead. I like the building in the background.
Nice shot with the run down building and the rainy streets are a nice touch. I\'d suggest only a quick crop to the left to get rid of that bit of car poking into the frame. Perhaps even a bit off the bottom wouldn\'t hurt to bring the building more central and add emphasis to that part of the frame.
