    what a precious find!

Interesting… a bit like the title of your blog, the deer must be \"Looking for a place to stand\" looking at how overgrown the area is. I do find the high light on the out of focus twig on the right a bit distracting though.

I did not see the deer! We live in a nice world. Good picture !

Perfect camouflage. Almost didn\'t see the dear. Good work.

Nick, a deer? That\'s a rare one! The focus on the brush hiding the deer makes it more challenging for the viewer…at least for me! I said what the heck…and then I realized what it was. Keep \'em guessing!

Great shot. I like that you focused on the branches. It takes a while to figure out the deer!

Lovely shot, Nick. I got one like it in early fall last year but love the way you processed yours. Is it sepia? Colored filter? Duotone?

    Oh, how precious. Just perfect.

Very effective shot. Creates a sense of depth to it. I\'m amazed you were able to capture this shot, deer are so elusive.

Very nice shot. Due to the same colours, it is very difficult to spot the deer

nicely done. it looks like a prison shot.

Brilliant! I saw something very similar recently – http://montucky.wordpress.com/2008/02/15/so-typical/
But that was of a different deer. This is as enchanting, though sans the snow! 🙂

Neat shot. I like how you focused on the bushes, and then notice the deer in the background. It almost has a hide and seek kinda feel.
