hey Nick, I\'ve seen your other shots of Hatteras Light…this one is different. A \"big thing\" framed by something bigger?
    Nicely done. DV

The grass and sand looks very saturated, gives the impression of heat, the way the beach should be 😉

Very nice shot! I\'ve only been to Hatteras once, years ago, before they moved the lighthouse. I need to go back…

As others have said, great framing and overall composition. The only thing I would say is that I can see that theres some specks of dust on your sensor, so maybe a bit of healing in Photoshop or equivalent on the sky would just clean that up a bit. Great shot.

Cape Hatteras has got to be one of the most photogenic lighthouses in the world. I like how you\'ve captured it with the sea oats in front. The last time we were there the ocean was creeping closer and closer threatening to wash it away.

How come there\'s no one on the beaches, it always looks so quiet there.

I really like these alternative views on lighthouses you have been doing Nick. Might be time for a sensor cleaning, I\'m starting to notice some dust bunnies in the last few shots.

I like this framing, right between the two sea oats.

This has a lot of great movement in it, what with the rolling hill and bending plants. The lighthouse placement is interesting too.
    Cheers
